Whiskey

 Whiskey is distilled from grain mash, aged in barrels, and varies in style and flavor depending on country, grain, and barrel type. Think smoky, spicy, malty, or sweet. 

Scotch

  • Laphroaig 10 Year Sherry Oak Finish (Islay, Scotland)
        Powerful peat smoke balanced by sherry sweetness, dried fruit, and spice.
  • Tullibardine Artisan — Highland Single Malt (Highlands, Scotland)
        Soft malt sweetness, gentle fruit and oak.

Irish Whiskey

  • Redbreast 12 Year Old — Single Pot Still (Ireland)
        Full-bodied, rich, notes of dried fruit, nuts, and spice.

Bourbon

  • Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey (Kentucky, USA)
        High-rye bourbon, spicy kick, clean finish.

Rye Whiskey

  • WhistlePig 10 Year — Small Batch Rye (Vermont, USA — sourced from Canada)
        Bold rye spice, caramel sweetness, long finish.

Japanese Whiskey

  • Hibiki Suntory Whisky — Japanese Harmony (Japan)
        A delicate blend of malt and grain whiskies. Floral, honeyed, smooth.

Vodka

Vodka is a neutral spirit, usually distilled multiple times for purity. Clean, crisp, and ideal for cocktails—or sipping cold and neat if you’re feeling Russian.

        Clean, crisp, hints of wheat grain.

Gin

Gin is essentially vodka infused with botanicals—especially juniper—and often citrus peels and spices. It’s the backbone of many classic cocktails.

        Classic London Dry profile, strong juniper, citrus zest.

Rum

Rum comes from sugarcane or molasses, aged in barrels for character. Styles range from clear and light to dark and deeply caramelized.

Tequila & Mezcal

Tequila & Mezcal are spirits distilled from agave plants in Mexico. Tequila is generally smoother; mezcal can be smoky and robust.

        Bright agave flavors, hints of pepper and citrus.
  • Don Julio Tequila Reposado (Jalisco, Mexico)
        Smooth, lightly oaked, with vanilla and spice.

Grappa

Grappa is an Italian pomace brandy made from leftover grape skins and seeds after winemaking. It’s intense, fragrant, and sometimes fiery.

  • Il Moscato di Nonino Grappa (Friuli, Italy)
        Floral, fragrant, with subtle fruit notes.

Aperitifs

Aperitifs are drinks enjoyed before a meal to stimulate the appetite. Often bitter, herbal, or slightly sweet, they’re lighter in alcohol than digestifs.

        Lightly bitter, orange and herbal.
  • Campari (Milan, Italy)
        Bittersweet, intense herbal notes.

Digestifs

Digestifs are sipped after a meal to aid digestion. They’re often stronger, more bitter, herbal, or sweet—and definitely a way to linger at the table.

        Bitter-sweet herbal liqueur with orange peel and spice.
  • Fernet-Branca (Milan, Italy)
        Intensely bitter herbal digestif, mint and myrrh.
  • Jägermeister (Wolfenbüttel, Germany)
        German herbal liqueur, sweet yet bitter.
  • Romana Sambuca (Italy)
        Anise-flavored Italian liqueur.
  • Ouzo 12 (Greece)
        Classic Greek anise spirit, sweet and herbal.
  • Il Moscato di Nonino Grappa (Friuli, Italy) (also appears above, but often enjoyed as a digestif)
  • Lustau Oloroso Sherry (Jerez, Spain)
        Rich, nutty, dry sherry with notes of toasted nuts and caramel.
  • Graham’s 20-Year Tawny Port (Douro Valley, Portugal)
        Smooth, rich, caramel and dried fruit flavors; a luxurious after-dinner sip.

Liqueurs

Liqueurs are sweetened spirits infused with flavors like fruit, herbs, nuts, or coffee. They add richness and complexity to cocktails—or make delicious sippers on their own.

        Black raspberry liqueur, sweet and lush.
  • Disaronno Originale (Saronno, Italy)
