🍹Light & Refreshing

For those who prefer something bright, bubbly, and easy-going. Perfect as an aperitif or a gentle companion to conversation.

  •  Aperol Spritz
Aperol, prosecco, and soda water create Italy’s iconic spritz. Light, citrusy, and refreshingly bittersweet.
  • Americano
Campari, sweet vermouth, and soda water. A lighter, bitter-sweet Italian classic and a perfect low-alcohol aperitif.
  •  Port & Tonic
A modern, lighter cocktail: white or tawny port over ice with tonic water. Low-alcohol and very refreshing.
  •  French 75
Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup topped with sparkling wine. Bubbly and celebratory.
  •  Margarita
Tequila, lime juice, and orange liqueur, shaken and served with a salted rim. Crisp, tangy, and always a crowd-pleaser. Classic or blackberry flavored.
  •  Gimlet
Gin and fresh lime juice, shaken crisp and clean. Refreshing simplicity.

🍸 Spirit-Forward Classics

Bold, timeless drinks for those who appreciate the true character of fine spirits. Balanced, sophisticated, and meant for savoring.

  • Martini
Gin (or vodka) stirred or shaken with dry vermouth, served ice cold. Crisp elegance in a glass.
  • Manhattan
Rye or bourbon with sweet vermouth and bitters, garnished with a cherry. The essence of classic cocktail culture. If you substitute Scotch, you’ve got a Rob Roy.
  • Negroni
Equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Bitter, herbal, and beautifully balanced.
  • Boulevardier
Bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth. A whiskey lover’s twist on the Negroni.
  • Old Fashioned
Bourbon or rye stirred with sugar, bitters, and a twist of citrus. Simple, strong, and timeless.
  • Sidecar
Cognac, orange liqueur, and fresh lemon juice. A perfect balance of citrus and warmth.
  • The Excelsior
Our signature house cocktail blends rye whiskey, Amaro Montenegro, and sweet vermouth into a rich, sophisticated drink that’s smooth yet intriguing. Notes of warm spice, gentle herbs, and a touch of citrus create a balanced cocktail worthy of its name—ever upward.

🍬 After-Dinner & Dessert Cocktails

Sweet, comforting, or bracing nightcaps for a perfect close to the evening. Ideal after dinner or alongside dessert.

  •  Espresso Martini
Vodka, fresh espresso, coffee liqueur, and a touch of sweetness. The perfect after-dinner pick-me-up.
  •  Brandy Alexander
